Update User Supports in Main Menus #1290

As we're expanding the Complete List of Scripts (CLoS) to include more policy and procedural supports, expanding the ? option or 'help' option makes sense for offering more support for our users. Some of these supports could include:

Policy and Procedural References/navigation buttons
Links to the instructions
Links to Hot Topics
Etc.

Thinking could be based on a function display_script_supports_dialog that will populate a dialog with the information from CLOS or other parameters. This could then also be used to display support information for DAILs in #627, and anywhere else we need to link extra policy support in a script.

Could also be called as a sub from the class in CLOS - and be called from instructions button in the script as well as the menu.
