WCOM Now has TWO PAGES!!! Add more WCOM space to scripts

Currently WCOM functionality in Scripts checks to see how long the WCOM will be to ensure it will fit on one page (15 lines) and stops if it is too many lines.

Update to MAXIS on 3/15/24 to have TWO PAGES in WCOM.

We can enhance WCOM functionality to:

• Page down for additional details.
• Allow for WCOM messages up to 30 lines.
