We need to evaluate and update ADMIN - Ex Parte Report to remove cases that otherwise appear Ex Parte but have assets that need to be verified and cannot be verified electronically.
We do not have the list of specific Assets that would remove a case from being able to be processed as Ex Parte.
We have a couple of options:
Do nothing and let workers manually remove cases from Ex Parte manual processing. This would allow workers to report the asset panels that would indicate Ex Parte cannot be processed. We can then build enhancement for future months.
Manually review MAXIS STAT Asset panels during the Ex Parte Prep month in the BULK runs and work toward having a new Asset Data Table list with a query for future months. This would add significant time to the Prep BULK runs.
Review the DHS list during one of the PREP BULK runs, any case that DHS does NOT have on the list and Hennepin County does, we will evaluate to see if Asset panels are the reason and remove from the Hennepin list in that instance. (There are still some cases we include that DHS does not such as UI and VA income cases).
There may be additional options and we should continue to strategize.
