Link between member SSN's when navigating to INFC in the DAIL has been restored

Not sure when this update occurred, but the SSN link that was broken when SSN's stopped being displayed on the DAIL (issue #814) was fixed, and now it's causing some issues specifically for non-MEMB 01 messages. The following scripts will be reviewed for updates:
