Update SSR amounts in MMIS for Housing Stabilization Services Cases #1781

A couple years ago I built a couple of BULK scripts for the Housing Support group at DHS, and they reached out about a possible script issue based on SSR amounts changing.

KVS was my contact person. I am waiting for their spreadsheet and a rate schedule.

Clarifying questions sent to KVS at DHS: Can you confirm if these are true?

  1. It sounds like anything prior to 2024 should use the following rates: • Full Rate: $15.87 • Reduced Rate: $7.94 Anything 01/01/2024 – ongoing should use the following rates: • Full Rate: $16.27 • Reduced Rate: $8.14
  2. The date of the rate change is based on the HSS start date.

Additional questions:

  1. Do you know if the rate is going to change yearly going forward or is that unknown?
  2. Some of the rates are $15.77 vs. $15.78. Do I need to build support for those or those not valid rates?
