During the SNAP Waived Interview one of the most supportive processes the team built was the ability for the script to allow staff to note what was missing, and the ability to capture that information via phone call or contact using the NOTES - CLIENT CONTACT script enhancements (issues #1282 and #1622).
This issue will use that vision to enhance the CSR experience.
