Functionality to delete SDNH and NDNH messages that are over 12 months old.

Besides the msgboxes still in the script this looks good. I'm thinking those are for testing. I approve thee!

I created the pull request as a draft so wasn't sure if it would prompt your review or not so good to know! I will remove the msgboxes once it's finalized.
