This is a question posed to the team by the team: Do we integrate renewals into the SNAP WAIVED INTERVIEW script to better support both application/renewal process and process adherence?
This would be a big lift, but would also support iterating towards all forms being supported in the interview script (both in having a dynamic experience with the forms and with 'save your work' functionality which is ESSENTIAL in the INTERVIEW SCRIPT).
Currently 'save your work' functionality only partially works for the SNAP WAIVED INTERVIEW (expedited SNAP determination, initial person information, etc.) and this causes a burden on the eligibility workers who are using the tools and process together correctly to create a faster path to SNAP eligibility.
