INFO Message Evaluator for actionable DAIL messages #211

SPARQ adjacent project to support task-based processing. Review INFO messages for actionable work. Utilize PERS notes to make notes re: evaluation. Many INFO messages are based on specific data indicators, and require review by elig workers. By adding more conditions to review with automation, these tasks can be reduced.

The message reads: XXXXXXXXX SDX-UNEA AMOUNT NOT EQUAL Add handling for BNDX also

Discussion - maybe this is better served inour project to create individual DAIL scrubbers for these individual INFO messages to support HSRs directly in this work. In this way HSRs can best stay connected to the case work and requirements.

In the future we can then consolidate these into an administrative BULK script/process. But making these individual issues will be easier to push out in the coming months.

Moving this to long game and agency planning needed. This would be a continuous improvement effort to support ES Workflow and the universal caseload structure, but is not for action now.
