SSA Updater for Recertification Accuracy Project (RAP)

BULK script to update SSI and RSDI amounts based on TPQY responses (if so need to create functionality to send BULK TPQY responses) or manual review of SOLQ-1 information. Additional information to review and update include, but are not limited to:

• Medi amounts
• Medicare dates
• Check for other deductions besides Medicare are present
• Disa dates

Will need to create a list of manual processing cases/case not able to be updated.

SNAP program considerations:

• Check to see if client is on the buy-in.
• Check FMED status for Medicare.

Health Care program considerations:

• Reading DOB and date of disa onset to determine if DAC elig (True/False). Check to see if PDED panel exists and DAC disregard status.
• Reading SSI amounts to include possible overpayment amt (OP's not counted in SNAP budget, HC uses gross).
• Add flag for Dupe Ent Numbers (12, 5, 69)

4 phases identified for this project:

• [x] BULK SVES QURY functionality - Stand alone script will be created for this. This can size up for other RAP projects in a future state.
• [x] Deleting of SVES messages - DD will be updated to support this within current processes. Will also add DAIL/PICK vs. DAIL/DAIL functionality for stabilization.
• [ ] SSA Information Report: Pulling all the information into a report. This information will be validated prior to phase 4
• [ ] MAXIS Updates and Discrepancy reporting: Final phase. Starting with SNAP focus, will eventually provide discrepancy information and updates for all programs.

Adding this to next quarter's work load. We need to discuss how we're using data structures in general, building in continuous improvement supports for EX parte HC, etc.

Notes from 08/24/2023 meeting: Add functionality into REVIEW REPORT: Add 2 columns to write when the QURY is sent, and when the QURY is read. Script will be able to then read SVES information, and update MAXIS panels and CASE/NOTE updates.
