Script suggest from user to add required WCOM information from Death of a Client SPO page.

Script will be updated with the following:

[ ] Change name from CLIENT to RESIDENT
[x] Add link to PRINT A DOCUMENT OR A CASE Webform
[ ] Validate required action steps (all programs set to close, MEMI updated with DOD)
[ ] Add WCOM information.
[ ] Review/update script to support case note guide lines in HSR Manual.
[x] Possibly add button to HSR Manual page
[ ] Use the updated verbiage from the HSR Manual page. This was recently updated.

Updates to the procedure have been updated effective 9/2023 in POLI TEMP TE02.08.008 (Closing MAXIS and MMIS Due to Death). Refer to this procedure when making updates to the scripts for this issue.
