Add translation platform #81

Like Weblate (open source) or crowdin (closed source)

Both are free for open source

It would be easier than doing PRs

I'll consider using weblate in the future, currently the project doesn't meet the requirements of it (at least 3 months of active development). At the same time I'm worried about the quality of translations provided through these platforms. As I can see, some applications translated with them have bad translations here and there, not to mention that PRs are more likely to be complete translations than the ones provided through web. On the other hand, Weblate is much better in terms of notifying the translators of the project changes, be it additions or updates.

I will appreciate any input on this matter.

@HenriDellal if you are worried I think weblate has voting on translations (same as crowdin)(But I yet never saw it used)

I connected Weblate to the repository, I have to wait until they approve the publication, then it will be available to everyone
