[Feature request] Add support VictoriaMetrics #808

I would like to have integration with VictoriaMetrics as it supports PromQL as well as Prometheus and can accept metrics by different protocols like InfluxDB line protocol, Graphite plaintext protocol, OpenTSDB put message.
