Added the feature to check pending security updates if yum on cmk agent supports the --security parameter.
The thresholds could be set separate for normal and security updates in wato (like the apt check for debian based distros).
I have tested this with Oracle Linux 7.9 agent and cmk version 1.6.0p22 RAW edition
