Spanish localization added #25

Hey, first of all thanks for the translation. Would u mind to translate the new strings in the lang.json ("deprecation_title", "deprecation_desc", "help_desc" and "template_send") too? I also uploaded the website strings, if you would translate them too i could instantly start with implementing the languages into the bot
