Some segments may have mean levels outside of the ylim, which makes it impossible to see/known about those segments, e.g. the segment in region 47-50 Mbps are not visible in the TCN (purple) and C2 (red) tracks.
Suggestion
[ ] indicate the segment by placing the segment just outside (xpd=TRUE) on top/below the horizontal axis/figure box.
[ ] Connect segments with vertical lines, e.g. instead of ───____─── draw ──╷____╷──
