rice is renamed as rtichoke #53

Hi @HenrikBengtsson,

I just want to let you know that rice has just renamed as rtichoke https://github.com/randy3k/rtichoke The reason is to make the name more unique and easier for users to search for.

You would use Sys.getenv("RTICHOKE_VERSION") to test if the R program is rtichoke.
