Initial documentation outline / ideas

I would really like feedback -- this is the first time I've written documentation.

I tried to follow Backbone's style as much as I could. I opted for a reference-style format, where you could look up any item without knowing the context and still understand how it worked. Thus, there is a bit of redundancy item to item.

Still to do:

• [ ] write some kind of intro to show how human-view works on a high level
• [ ] identify holes in the documentation and clarify / expound on them
• [ ] possibly align all the examples into one contextual view

This looks good, so far. Regarding the intro, we could probably use the intro from the readme as a starting point. Also, i'm giving you access so we can iterate on a branch within the repo together.
