Re-add build.js and bundle #17

I saw that bundle was previously removed by @fippo, but I wasn't sure the motivation behind that. Having the browserify/bundle file allows easy import with bower. Feel free to close, I just figured I'd use this as an opportunity to ask, since I just added it back in to my fork for support in my project.

I should probably rebase to get rid of that merge commit.
