fnet_3D | Failed to build scikit-learn #323

When running the fnet_3D_ZeroCostDL4Mic.ipynb notebook using colab the first cell produces an error: image

I ran this notebook in colab; this error occurs in the first cell. I expected no errors with the installation of the packages.
