Make vagrant support on par with docker #40

there are a number of machines missing with vagrant compared to docker:

ldapserver
kmip

and possibly something else..

The LDAP and KMIP servers can be reached out externally through a port mapping if using VMs. The current trend for the project is leaning towards Docker with Vagrant being left as the initial and original setup.
