Team's Response

The order does not matter in any commands referring to a category as the user needs to manually type out the category name. Thus, functionality of the app is not affected, as long as the user is able to observe all the categories added to the application. However, such a bug report could be deemed as a request for the categories to be displayed in the order that they were added as a quality of life enhancement feature, which future iterations of the application could develop, hence the change of classification to not in scope.
