Clouds will occasionally jump around on the titlescreen #23

If you stay long enough on the titlescreen, the clouds that are normally offscreen on the titlescreen will jump around a bit.

Known issue, haven't found the fix though.

Known issue, haven't found the fix though.

I think it would involve changing the flash animations for the menu screen.
