Can I use my savedata? and where should I put it? #25

Here is how I fixed this issue - My solution is a working solution FOR ME, but I am showcasing it here, in case someone else might run into wanting to use a previous save file.

Find out where your current savefile is stored. It will have this format: "user#.dat" # being a number. Copy this file, and the "users.dat" to somewhere safe, then open the mod. For me, it would ask me to create a new save, because none were present.

Create a new save, and play the first level - On level 1-2, exit to menu, then close the game, and go to the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\PopCap Games\PlantsVsZombies\userdata --- THE ABOVE LOCATION MAY VARY

It will have a recently created user1.dat file - Replace this with your old file, by renaming your old file to user1.dat. Also remember to replace the users.dat file.

Hey i cant find the savedata folder. i only see cached.
