Trojan Virus?

7 security vendors flagged the widescreen mod as malicious when scanned with VirusTotal. You can hand wave one or two as false positives, but anything more than 5 is a bit alarming. Is there any explanation for this?

Good habit of checking files before using them. I also did and refused to use the mod (just the widescreen mod, bruh)
