Updated files to conform to the latest Coding Guidelines

Compile Enphase Binding against OH2.4/2.5

When running 'mvn clean install' against the OH2.4 or 2.5 code base, new coding guidelines are enforced. Added required Copyright and Author tag.

Closing Pull Request. Noticed it has a binary included that should have not been. Will redo the request without the binary.
