Add lock support #29

I have a schlage lock that is connected via Z-Wave. Would love to be able to control it via openhab. Again available to help in any way.

I think https://github.com/openhab/org.openhab.binding.zwave is a better place to raise that issue.

I can see it and control it from the isy (which is what I want to do). I just can't get the status/lock/unlock in openhab. Probably should have been clearer that on that. Need the ISY binding to handle the already working lock in ISY.
