Thanks for this. My DragNDrop to taskbar still doesn't work in 23H2 #103

Somehow my DragNDrop to taskbar doesn't work in Win11 23H2 although it was supposed to be fixed in Win11 22H2. Thank goodness for this Windows11DragAndDropToTaskbarFix tool to fix it.

Anyone any idea why the dragNdrop-to-taskbar doesn't work on my Win 11 23H2 build 22631.4169 without this tool?

When UAC is disabled the Drag and Drop doesn't work in Win11, or something like this.

Just to report: Last night there was a windows update on my computer and now the native dragNdrop to Taskbar works! With UAC off.

Edit 2024.10.14 Correction, the dragNdrop does NOT work with UAC off for me still. But somehow I did experience it working with UAC off initially. I'm not sure what changed. Oh well, still a good thing this patch exists.
