Automatic Google Drive/Dropbox sync (and PDF export) #82

Would be nice if quill would sync some notebooks automatically with a cloud 
storage service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox). Since it is not guaranteed that 
every system that has access to the storage is able to read .quill files, it 
would also be practical if the notebook are exported as PDF too.

I think u just need auto-import from a folder. no ?
