Provide a script to generate a Tuxedo configuration. The server (or domain) is to be provided into samples/app.

A shell script setup tailors a maximum of what is required to run Tuxedo servers.

The application is based upon the following layout:

app: Tuxedo server binaries
conf: Tuxedo setup (mainly ubbconfig, dmconfig, ...)
log: log files (TLOG, ULOG,...)
udataobj: view and fml tables.
queues: /Q files

Available scripts:

setup: does a maximun to set everything up
deploy: runs make demos and copies server files into app directory
cleanup: suppress installation
