we should be able to AB_CLEARANCE, SC_BLOODING It cannot be removed at the moment.

I think this didn't get to your rebalance patch @dastgir

The balancing notes provided said AB_CLEARANCE can "Removes Blind, Frozen, Petrification, Bleeding, Stun, Chaos, Poison, Curse, Sleep, Silence, Hallucination, All of Guillotine Cross Poisons, Venom Impress, Fear status, Rune Knight rune buffs, Burning, Freezing, Crystallization, White Imprison, Force of Vanguard, Blood Sucker, Howling of Mandragora, Shadow Formation, Body Painting, Deep Sleep, Harmonize, Song of Despair, Siren's Voice, Gloomy Shyness, Saturday Night Fever, Critical Wound."

SC_BLOODING (AKA Bleeding) on sc_config is currently set at 26.and currently cannot be removed by AB_CLEARANCE https://github.com/dastgir/Hercules/blob/96484cfd94280c7ee70f34612c46d5474034f70b/db/sc_config.txt#L102

Thats 3 year old one, still the data was provided by @Michieru, so if he can confirm it again, it would be good
