pre-re OCA and Gift Box not complete #621

OCA list in /db/pre-re/item_group.conf is super incomplete. For example, a card is implemented from a later episode such as Byorgue card (Thors Volcano). But, Abyss Lake / Kiel Dungeon / Biolabs / Thanatos Tower cards are not implemented. I don't know how to prove this to you, because reading from Aegis is not the best. and RMS is not a reliable source.

Same with Gift Boxes missing R.Elu/R.Ori/Elu/Ori/Gold/Emperium.

I spoke to @MishimaHaruna about this before.

I also noticed that all cards from certain dungeons were missing from OCA (Abyss Lake, Thanatos, Kiel, Odin, Juperos, Bios, Einbroch, possibly more), but they were previously obtainable from it. Creamy is also missing, but apparently it's supposed to be like that. Chung E/Green Maiden is also missing, but I'm not sure if that's official or not. And Antonio Card appears to be in, but was never implemented in OCA before (I assume it's official).

I also noticed Rough Elu, Rough Ori, Elu, Ori and Emperium is missing from Gift Box, but I assume that's official. Gold is still in as far as I know.

I dunno anything about the official servers, so would anyone familiar with them be able to take a look at those entries?

Thanks.

Bump~

Creamy is blocked to force kro players to buy it by $$$. So copycat official behaviour here is a step back IMO.
