we have to discuss how necessary it is to be able to change the file path of the .csv file ... we say that only the admin can insert students with the .cvs file and he should be able to put the file into the right folder. Please give your opinion!

Yes that is true but it wouldn't hurt nontheless

What's about a TOpenDialog?

Its possible to insert the path with the filename to import the .csv file. There no more need of config variables for the management.
