convert 10 char ISBNs into 13 char ISBNs #24

User soll sowohl 10 als auch 13 stellige ISBNs eingeben können

Are 10 digit ISBNs around a lot? If yes we should consider this as important. As right now the Software is not usable for 10 digit ISBNs

The ISBN is 13 digits long if assigned on or after 1 January 2007, and 10 digits long if assigned before 2007.

10 digit ISBNs are converted to 13 digit ISBNs now. 10 digit ISBNCHECKSUM is still missing.
