Added file like selection dialog for folder selection #13

@Herdo Using extension almost every day and would like to install package with dialog window swapped by one with included hierarchical and plain folders view from the well known place at nuget.org in case of new package deployment. P.S. Thank you for the extension, have few more complex ideas with solutions filter adding into solution group and hotkeys adjusting for groups moving, however have no time available now to investigate code more detailed. It's more complex than expected :)
