Please provide support for Visual Studio 2015 (RC).

I'll be on it, after the current task has been closed. Still takes a while to finish things up for VS2015. So give me a few weeks! :)

@twenzel I'm not sure, but is there already a VS 2015 SDK available? I cannot find any...

@twenzel Microsoft had the great idea to re-engineer their VS API. Might take a while to get the DTE2 interface via this new API. There's not much documentation about this special case.
