Alternate Controls Cause "No Controller Connected" Issue in Some Games #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If you have any alternate controls set for Joy 1, certain games like Charge 'N 
Blast (NTSC-U), Daytona USA (NTSC-U) and Puyo Puyo 4 (NTSC-J) won't accept any 
inputs and complain that a controller isn't connected. If you clear out all of 
your alternate controls those games don't have that problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DEmul v.0.5.8.2 on Windows 7 64bit.

Was a bug in caps handling for controllers. Now they should be handled 
correctly, but you can still get the same message, if you set any of extra pad 
buttons, which isn't present on the regular dreamcast controller (C,D,Z,S2). 
this is how these games works, they just check your controllers and reject any 
suspicious...
