Pipeline improvements:

Tag index creation requires a complete rebuild at the moment, but is now correct
Index schema has changed slightly
Split gene ids now directly within the Tag table which improves the code when handling tags
Refactoring code + bugfix handling of large index files
Update requirements
Update PubTator API usage and now use the new PubTator 3 API

Narrative Service:

correct handling of systematic review and technology filter
improve query translation so that method is not suggested if administered would be more suitable

Drug Overviews:

Drug-Target-Disease Networks: Selections can now be cleared by a button or by clicking on the same node
