Lost all imported applications after restart #295

Hi Team,

I am facing a weird issue with Galapagos that it loses all the applications on every restart. It loses all the information related to applications and permissions too. We have recently upgraded galapagos to v2.7 and migrated to Confluent Cloud. We started seeing this issue after this migration. Here are the details -

Kubernetes Cluster - 1.26.6 Galapagos - v2.7 Kafka - Confluent Cloud

Please help and let me know if any more information required from my side.
