Ability to Exclude folders from being synced to todoist

I have a few templates that have place holder tasks defined. it will be great to have the ability to exclude the templates folder from being read and todoist tasks being created.

I mean that's a good feature for those people who like flexibility. But wouldn't you like it if every task is checked, so that you feel like you achieved everything in life?
