Adding support for Feats in Race tab #46

This will involve:

  1. Adding a control to select a Feat/remove it (likely a Searchbar as implemented on Equipment/Spells)
  2. Adding a Feats compendium source entry on the module settings
  3. Maybe making a migration to set up that module setting to a reasonable default (no compendium selected probably) in case it breaks anything.
