Suggestion from HASMCServers on SpigotMC.
Be able to limit dog's damage output to players, so they aren't OP in PVP fights. So that way a pack of fully leveled up dogs isn't too overwhelming.
I think this could be done by adding a "damage_player" value to the levels in the config.
