Query was: /NGS/Player/Profile?season=8&battletag=DuekofSkye%231871&division=B%20East&region=1

Issue was a bad battletag in query url. So not returning data was fine, but the response was less than helpful.

Adding a custom 403 response Battletag provided is either invalid, or no games exist in the database for that player
