We are aware of this issue however, there's no permanent fix for this, yet. I can temp fix this for you all you need to do is tmog your shirt into something random. After you've done this you can make a forum post in the section private message to server staff and mention the char name you would like to use the hidden shirt. It won't appear into the tmog vendor but I'll force the tmog upon your shirt.
