So basically heres the catch I am facing.
I am from Bulgaria and i've been playing heroes wow since 2013/14 roughly.
When I first joined I registered my main account (mariocscs) with my bulgarian email: mariocscs@abv.bg
Since then I've been playing pretty regulary with abit of ins and outs.
I was on a brigade (that's how we call it in my country) basically means I worked in another country cause I was sent from my university.
I came back and wanted to play could not log so I was like pft,whatever will just reset my password.
I did use the forget password but unfortunetly I got no mail. So I was like meh i'll wait 5-10 mins and will get going on with it. Hours passed no email. I started spamming the forgot password but then yet again I could not get any kind of link to reset my password. Spoke to some people from the staff who informed me that for some reason the forgot password at the current moment only works with gmail and a few other popular emails. I was kind of stunned because as far as I recall email changing was not working aswell so I kind of got left with no choices.
Anyways I do want to pin some pictures proving that BEFORE I did had emails from heroes-wow (password resets and forum posts etc.)
Anyways my questions are:
Will this get fixed so I can manually recover my password,or can I get some personal help to get a send password reset link to my email that's registered to my account because I just came back and I really really want to start playing. I've made a case about speaking to the staff on the forum but it's been a week and no one replied to me .
