While playing priests i noticed that Vampiric Touch and Devouring plague DoTs last less than what the tooltip says.
here are some SS
Vampiric Touch:
Devouring Plague:
As the tooltip says Vampiric Touch should last 21 seconds, but it's 17 and Devouring Plague should last 24 but it's 13, don't know if it's a bug or w/e, if it was a intended nerf please delete this post,
I also had the 2 set bonus which increases the duration on Vampiric Touch by 6 seconds, but that doesn't work, with it or witouth it stays on 17 seconds
