Swiftmend doesn't work as intended and heals very little
Expected Behavior:
Current Behavior: Not worth using as it heals very little
Possible Solution:
Make it work as intended or if having it work as intended is OP, perhaps an increase from what it currently is could help. Would be cool to have it be of use. :D
