Expected Behavior
In decription write that they give a 1% increase damage + critical strike rating or haste rating.
Current Behavior
They give 0.85-0.90% increase damage and not give haste or critical strike rating.
Possible Solution
Make the correct increase dmg and ratings by this items. Best sollution change 1% to 3%.

Detailed Description
Conducted testing in different conditions and in different situations. If you forget to use these items, then in fact you do not lose anything. It should not be.
