Allow downloading Wine/Proton to a different directory #1444

Problem description

If you now go to Wine manager and download any version, it gets downloaded to ~/.config/heroic/tools/wine. Because neither version can launch every single game in EGS, users have to download more versions, which can lead to filled storage.

Feature description

Add a option to settings or Wine Manager to change the path to which Wine/Proton is downloaded

Also, I recently looked into Conty as a way to get various apps in an immutable distro outside of flatpak/distrobox/appimage, and it came with a wine-ge-custom installed. It would be nice if there's a way to point to a custom wine command since Conty's Wine is usable through conty.sh wine.
