'Default Installation Path' in Settings/General is ignored.

Describe the bug

When I try to install GOG or Epic game, the installation directory defaults to '/home/deck/Games/Heroic' instead of the path I specified in Settings/General which points to the sd card.

I have to manually change the entry to point to the sd card and then the install works.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Settings/General specify a new Default Installation Path.
2. Try to install a game.
3. Note that it did not use the path you entered in step #⁠1.

Expected behavior

It should use the 'Default Installation Path' I specified in Settings/General.

I had the same issue but looks like it is fixed in 2.7.0 or 2.7.1.

But it does not work just after installing the latest version like I expected.

Change the install path in settings to something else! Then change it back to your preferred install location. After that it worked for me. Now my games install to the location specified in settings.

Running 2.7.1 deb package, Devuan Linux.

What you suggested did work (change and change back of default path). I thought that I tried that before, but maybe not. Thanks.
